Vision, Ethics, and Aims

Vision

Connected in Nature CIC exists to reconnect people with nature, themselves and their communities through transformative, nature-based learning, therapeutic practice and creative collaboration.

Our vision is to create meaningful connections in nature, where everyone feels welcome, empowered and appreciated.

We believe that connection with the natural world nurtures mental health, builds resilience, strengthens community bonds and inspires environmental care.

By blending ancient wisdom with modern science, we weave together cultural knowledge, outdoor education, bushcraft, movement, mindfulness and creative experiences that support emotional wellbeing and personal growth.

Whether through team-building workshops, innovative learning experiences or deep listening practices, we aim to promote meaningful relationships and cultivate a renewed sense of purpose and care, for both people and planet.

We are committed to inspiring and supporting the development of mentors, guardians of nature and compassionate leaders within communities.
We recognise the vital role of volunteers in cultivating community and continuity in our work. Through mentoring, training and learning from each other, we develop a network of skilled and confident people who share our values of compassion, curiosity and connection.

Our long-term goal is to help shape systemic change in how wellbeing, education and community resilience are understood promoting ethical, inclusive and regenerative approaches for future generations.
